Most of what we sell can sit in the palm of a hand. A charm on a collar will not make a companion love you more, and it will not keep them from harm. People still look for one, because the animal in the house is the one who waits by the door. MOMOKO & CO. is a small shop for that feeling. We choose a few real-stone pieces, keep them light, and tell you the truth before you pay.
The stones are amethyst, rose quartz, clear quartz, and citrine. We work with selected makers, and the collection stays small so each piece can be looked over before it ships. We would rather you know that the next charm will not match the photo than have you open a box and feel misled.
If you choose a stone for what it stands for, this is what we mean. Amethyst is associated with calm, rose quartz with affection, citrine with warmth, and clear quartz with clarity. Trust is not a feeling we can ask for. It is the few things we are willing to put in writing.
The stone is real
We do not dye it, and we do not print a picture of a crystal onto metal. A paler edge, a cloudy heart, or a tiny line inside the quartz is how that piece grew. If two charms do not match, that is the material, not a mistake we hoped you would not notice.
Wear it while you are there
Hang it from the D-ring of a collar that already fits. It is a decorative piece, not an ID tag and not a chew toy. Take it off for play, sleep, the crate, a bath, and any time you leave the room. A cat should wear only a light piece, and only on a breakaway collar. The charm must never be the reason that collar cannot release.
A person reads what you send
We ship within the United States. Please allow 5–10 business days to prepare an order, then 7–15 business days after dispatch. Most arrive within 2–4 weeks from order date. Shipping is $5, and free over $50. Because each piece is prepared for that order, and because natural stone will not match a screen, a change of mind is final. If it arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, write to us within 7 days and include photos.
